Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
- Spread cream cheese or hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of turkey on each tortilla.
- Add 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
- Add spinach or mixed greens.
- Add sliced bell peppers.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Slice into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
