Description

Quick tortilla roll ups filled with deli turkey, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, spinach, and bell peppers. Perfect for lunchboxes, meal prep, or a quick no-cook meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese or hummus
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced cucumbers, olives, or preferred vegetables

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  2. Spread cream cheese or hummus evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Place 2 slices of turkey on each tortilla.
  4. Add 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
  5. Add spinach or mixed greens.
  6. Add sliced bell peppers.
  7. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  8. Roll each tortilla tightly.
  9. Slice into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
