A healthy and satisfying burger bowl made with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, fresh vegetables, pickles, and creamy special sauce.

For the Beef
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sweet Potatoes
- 4 small sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls
- 1 bag shredded lettuce (8 oz)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint diced tomatoes (10 oz)
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- Special sauce, for serving
Special Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Add diced sweet potatoes to a large bowl. Toss with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until tender and lightly crispy.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Assemble the bowls with shredded lettuce, roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, red onion, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Drizzle with special sauce and serve immediately.
