Ingredients
160 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
200 g bacon
500 g ground chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
8 small tortillas
30 g panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
120 g romaine lettuce
Extra parmesan
Instructions
Whisk together all Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth.
Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
Toast panko in butter and olive oil until golden, then mix with parmesan.
Season ground chicken with spices and divide into portions.
Press chicken evenly onto each tortilla.
Cook tacos chicken-side down in a hot pan until crispy and fully cooked.
Flip and lightly toast the tortilla side.
Toss lettuce with the dressing.
Assemble tacos with lettuce, bacon, parmesan, and crispy panko.
Serve immediately while hot.
