- 2 cans chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Drain the canned chickpeas and dry them very well using a clean dishtowel or paper towel.
- Place the chickpeas in a medium bowl and toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the chickpeas evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the chickpeas from the oven and transfer them back to the bowl.
- Add smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss well until evenly coated.
- Return the chickpeas to the baking sheet.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Serve warm for the best crunchy texture.
