Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, room temperature

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese using a spatula. Mixture should be thick but creamy.

  5. Combine cranberries, nuts, and green onion in a shallow bowl.

  6. Roll each cheese ball in the topping mixture until fully coated.

  7. Insert a pretzel stick into each ball just before serving for easy grabbing.
