Description

Creamy homemade popsicles made with Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and honey for a refreshing healthy frozen dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Place the Greek yogurt, berries, and honey in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add a little more honey if you want them sweeter.
  4. Pour or spoon the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Add the lids and sticks.
  6. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  7. Let the molds sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run warm water over the outside.
  8. Gently wiggle the sticks and remove the popsicles.
  9. Serve immediately.
