Creamy homemade popsicles made with Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and honey for a refreshing healthy frozen dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt, berries, and honey in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add a little more honey if you want them sweeter.
- Pour or spoon the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Add the lids and sticks.
- Freeze for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- Let the molds sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run warm water over the outside.
- Gently wiggle the sticks and remove the popsicles.
- Serve immediately.
