For the Dough
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
For the Filling
- 15 g pizza sauce per pocket
- 20 g low-fat cheese per pocket
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a 6-inch oval shape.
- Add pizza sauce and cheese to one half of each oval.
- Fold the dough over the filling.
- Seal the edges using a fork.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
