These healthy chicken flatbread wraps are packed with juicy seasoned chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy spicy garlic sauce. Perfect for quick dinners, easy lunches, or meal prep, this Mediterranean-inspired wrap recipe is high-protein, fresh, and full of flavor.

  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed into bite-size pieces

  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

  • Zest of 1 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Pinch black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Wraps

  • 4 Middle Eastern-style flatbreads or pita bread

  • Arugula greens

  • Fresh tomatoes, sliced

 Spicy Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream or full-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 23 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Pinch black pepper

  • Pinch cayenne pepper

  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken:
    In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

  2. Cook the chicken:
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Chicken should be lightly charred on the edges and juicy inside

  3. Make the spicy garlic sauce:
    While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, garlic, tahini, sriracha, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and lemon juice. Sauce should be smooth and creamy

  4. Warm the flatbreads:
    Warm flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds until soft and pliable.

  5. Assemble the wraps:
    Spread garlic sauce on each flatbread, add arugula, sliced tomatoes, and warm chicken.

  6. Wrap and serve:
    Roll tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately
