Chicken

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed into bite-size pieces

1 teaspoon salt

Pinch black pepper

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon ground coriander

¼ teaspoon paprika
Wraps
-
4 Middle Eastern-style flatbreads or pita bread

Arugula greens
-
Fresh tomatoes, sliced
Spicy Garlic Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise
-
½ cup sour cream or full-fat plain Greek yogurt

3 cloves garlic, pressed

1 tablespoon tahini
-
2–3 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon salt

Pinch black pepper

Pinch cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

Season the chicken:
In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated. -
Cook the chicken:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Chicken should be lightly charred on the edges and juicy inside -
Make the spicy garlic sauce:
While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, garlic, tahini, sriracha, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and lemon juice. Sauce should be smooth and creamy -
Warm the flatbreads:
Warm flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds until soft and pliable. -
Assemble the wraps:
Spread garlic sauce on each flatbread, add arugula, sliced tomatoes, and warm chicken. -
Wrap and serve:
Roll tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately
