  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped

  • ¼ cup rotisserie chicken (about 4 oz), shredded

  • 3 tablespoons homemade Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Prep the lettuce: Chop the romaine leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a small bowl.

  2. Add the chicken: Shred the rotisserie chicken into thin strips and add it to the bowl.
