Ingredients

Scale

Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons mustard

  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish

Cheeseburger Potato Skillet

  • 5 small to medium potatoes, diced into ½-inch cubes

  • 12 tablespoons olive oil (for potatoes)

  • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

  • 6 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Make the burger sauce.
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet relish until smooth. Set aside in the fridge to chill.

  • Prep the potatoes.
Dice potatoes into small, even cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

  • Air fry the potatoes.
Add potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy on the outside.

  • Cook the beef mixture.
While potatoes cook, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the beef, until browned and onions are soft.

  • Season and build flavor.
Stir in salt, pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Combine everything.
Add the crispy potatoes to the skillet and gently stir to combine. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top and cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.

  • Finish and serve.
Remove from heat, drizzle with burger sauce, then top with crumbled beef bacon and green onions. Serve hot and enjoy
