Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (2–5% recommended)

¼ cup smooth peanut butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup

½ cup salted toasted peanuts, chopped

¼ cup dark or milk chocolate, chopped

2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions

Mix the base: In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.

Add crunch: Fold in the chopped toasted peanuts until evenly distributed.

Portion: Spoon the mixture evenly into muffin liners or silicone cups. Smooth the tops.

Melt chocolate: Microwave chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until glossy and melted.

Top & chill: Spoon melted chocolate over each cup. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
