Description
This Greek yogurt berry bark is a healthy frozen snack made with fresh berries and coconut. Easy, no-bake, and perfect for summer desserts or meal prep snacks.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅓–½ cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

⅓–½ cup fresh blueberries

2–3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, smoothing it flat so the bark freezes evenly.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about ¼-inch thick.

Scatter sliced strawberries and blueberries evenly over the yogurt.

Sprinkle coconut flakes on top, gently pressing them in so they stick.

Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm

Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately or store for later
