16 oz (455 g) brick-style cream cheese, softened

2 cups (450 g) sour cream

4 tablespoons (30 g) taco seasoning

1 cup finely chopped lettuce

4 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed and finely chopped

½ cup (65 g) sliced olives

Sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh), optional

1¼ cups (145 g) finely shredded sharp cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese

Corn chips, for serving
Instructions

Mix the base: In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes

Season: Sprinkle in taco seasoning. Mix again until fully blended and evenly colored.

Spread: Transfer the creamy mixture to a serving dish and spread into an even layer.

Top it off: Evenly sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños (if using), and shredded cheese over the top

Chill or serve: Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a slightly firmer texture.
