Description

This easy party dip trio uses one creamy base to create three bold flavors: avocado sour cream, roasted pepper goat cheese, and olive feta. Perfect for holidays, game day, or last-minute entertaining with crackers or veggies.


Ingredients

Scale

 Avocado & Sour Cream Dip

  • ½ cup avocado, cubed

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup scallions, chopped (plus 1 Tbsp for topping)

  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped

  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

 Roasted Pepper & Goat Cheese Dip

  • ½ cup marinated roasted red peppers

  • ⅔ cup goat cheese

  • ¼ cup walnuts, roasted

 Olive & Feta Cheese Dip

  • ½ cup oil-cured black olives

  • ½ cup green olives

  • ½ cup feta cheese

  • ¼ cup scallions, roughly chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped

  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice


Instructions

Base Method (Use for All Three)

  1. Add all ingredients for one dip flavor to a food processor.

  2. Blend for 20–30 seconds, stopping to scrape down sides.

  3. Texture should be creamy but slightly textured, not runny.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and repeat with remaining flavors.
