Description

A quick and easy frozen treat with a creamy peanut butter yogurt center and a crisp chocolate coating, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop about 10 spoonfuls of the mixture onto it.
  3. Freeze for 45–60 minutes, or until completely firm.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
  5. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  6. Place back on the parchment paper and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Drizzle any remaining chocolate over the bites if desired.
  8. Return to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  9. Let sit for a few minutes before serving for a softer texture.
