A quick and easy frozen treat with a creamy peanut butter yogurt center and a crisp chocolate coating, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth and fully combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop about 10 spoonfuls of the mixture onto it.
- Freeze for 45–60 minutes, or until completely firm.
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
- Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place back on the parchment paper and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before the chocolate sets.
- Drizzle any remaining chocolate over the bites if desired.
- Return to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Let sit for a few minutes before serving for a softer texture.
