¼ large cabbage, thinly sliced

6 flat beans (or 12 green beans), sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

15 g butter

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prep the vegetables
Thinly slice the cabbage, onion, and beans. Mince the garlic finely so it cooks evenly. -
Heat the pan
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil (if using). Heat for about 30 seconds until melted and lightly foamy . -
Cook the onion and garlic
Add sliced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft and slightly translucent. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant . -
Add cabbage and beans
Add cabbage and beans to the skillet. Toss well to coat in the butter mixture. -
Sauté until tender
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender with lightly golden edges. -
Season and serve
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm as a side dish .
