Quick no-bake energy balls made with Medjool dates, rolled oats, and almonds. Naturally sweet, soft, and perfect for a healthy snack or quick energy boost.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup almonds
Optional:
4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Soak the Medjool dates in water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and gently press to remove excess water.
- Add dates, oats, almonds, and optional ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough.
- Roll into a ball using your hands.
- Repeat until you have 9 balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Storage:
- Place in an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
