Prepare the chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

Mix the egg: In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg with minced garlic until smooth.

Coat with Parmesan: Place shredded Parmesan on a plate. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then press firmly into the Parmesan to coat both sides evenly.
