Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each portion slightly.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy.
Let cool before serving.
