- 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat recommended)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano or Italian seasoning)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Scoop small portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Flatten each portion into thin rounds.
5. Lightly spray or brush the tops with olive oil.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
7. Let cool on the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to fully crisp.
Notes
Use low-fat cottage cheese for better crisp texture.
Strain excess liquid if needed before mixing.
Flatten evenly so the chips bake uniformly.
The chips become crispier as they cool.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best texture.
