2 cups cooked shredded chicken

½ cup buffalo sauce

1 cup cottage cheese

4 flatbreads

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated. The mixture should look glossy and evenly sauced .
Lay the flatbreads on the baking sheet.
Spread cottage cheese evenly over each one (edge to edge for full flavor!).
Top with buffalo chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the surface.
Drizzle olive oil lightly over each flatbread.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper evenly.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges .
For extra crispiness, broil during the last 2 minutes.
Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, slice into pieces, and serve warm. The edges should be crisp and the center melty and cheesy .
