Ingredients

  • Avocado oil cooking spray

  • 1½ teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Slice the cabbage into even ⅓-inch-thick steaks, keeping the core intact so the slices hold together.

  3. Lightly spray both sides of the cabbage with avocado oil.

  4. Season evenly with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  5. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket—work in batches if needed.

  6. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are deeply golden and crisp.
