Description

This creamy spinach artichoke dip is rich, cheesy, and perfect for parties or game day. Made with simple ingredients and baked until bubbly, it’s an easy appetizer everyone will ask for again.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • ½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and Romano until smooth and creamy.

  3. Stir in minced garlic, dried basil, garlic salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Fold in chopped artichokes and drained spinach. The mixture should be thick and evenly combined

  5. Transfer the dip to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

  7. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top

  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
