Ingredients

  • 2 cups (16 ounces) 2% or 4% cottage cheese
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon (3 tablespoons)
  • 13 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh dill
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Stir in chives, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  7. Serve with vegetables, crackers, or chips.
