Description

Cheesy, easy, high-protein pizza bites made with cottage cheese and mozzarella.


Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cottage cheese and pizza sauce in a bowl until combined.
  3. Spoon small portions onto the baking sheet.
  4. Top each bite with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
