- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg until combined.
- Add almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Shape into small bite-sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
- Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese for better texture
- Use wet hands to shape the dough easily
- Sprinkle parmesan or extra garlic powder on top before baking for more flavor
- Reheat in the oven to keep them crispy
