Description

Crispy, savory, high-protein bites made with cottage cheese and almond flour. Golden on the outside and soft, cheesy on the inside with a rich garlic flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg until combined.
  3. Add almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Shape into small bite-sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese for better texture
  • Use wet hands to shape the dough easily
  • Sprinkle parmesan or extra garlic powder on top before baking for more flavor
  • Reheat in the oven to keep them crispy
