Description

Soft, fluffy, high-protein egg bites made with cottage cheese. Perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • Cooked bacon, sausage, or ham
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in your preferred mix-ins.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove and serve.
