Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Optional Mix-Ins:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- Cooked bacon, sausage, or ham
- Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in your preferred mix-ins.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then remove and serve.
