12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
-
⅓ cup Russian dressing or Thousand Island dressing

1–2 teaspoons prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)

8 ounces corned beef, very thinly sliced
-
8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced or freshly shredded
-
1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
Mustard Butter Topping
-
¼ cup butter, melted
-
½ teaspoon granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
-
½ teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease your baking dish.

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected as a slab. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
-
Mix the sauce by stirring the Russian dressing and horseradish together in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the buns.
-
Layer the fillings: Add corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut in even layers. Finish with another light layer of Swiss cheese.
-
Add the bun tops, pressing gently so everything holds together.
-
Make the topping: Stir melted butter, garlic, and caraway seeds. Brush generously over the tops. 🧈
-
Bake uncovered for 18–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and glossy.
-
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm
Multitasking tip: While the sliders bake, prep a simple salad or chips for serving.
