Description

These chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters are the perfect no-bake frozen dessert! Made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and melted chocolate, they’re easy, refreshing, and great for snacks or healthy desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced (stems removed)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, gently mix diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until evenly coated.

  3. Scoop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.

  4. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm to the touch

  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.

  6. Dip each frozen cluster into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

  7. Return clusters to the parchment-lined sheet and freeze for 10 minutes until set. Enjoy immediately or store for later
