1 cup strawberries, diced (stems removed)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl, gently mix diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until evenly coated.

Scoop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.

Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm to the touch

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.

Dip each frozen cluster into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

Return clusters to the parchment-lined sheet and freeze for 10 minutes until set. Enjoy immediately or store for later
