Ingredients

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: lettuce, sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir gently, keeping some avocado chunks.
  • Add red onion and parsley, mix lightly.
  • Warm tortillas until soft.
