These cheesy garlic crescent roll bites are golden, buttery, and filled with melty cheese. An easy appetizer or snack made in under 25 minutes using simple ingredients — perfect for parties, game day, or busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 4 string cheeses, halved crosswise

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.

  3. Place one half of a string cheese at the wide end of each triangle.

  4. Roll the dough tightly around the cheese, tucking in the sides slightly.

  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

  6. Brush the garlic butter generously over each roll

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

  8. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving — the cheese will be melty and perfect
