Description

This creamy bruschetta dip appetizer is layered with whipped feta, basil tomatoes, and balsamic glaze. An easy no-bake party dip perfect for holidays, game day, or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

For the whipped feta & cream cheese

  • 300 g cream cheese, softened

  • 200 g feta cheese

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Zest of 1 lemon

For the basil tomatoes

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 5 g fresh basil, finely sliced

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze


Instructions

  1. Whip the base: Add cream cheese, feta, olive oil, and lemon zest to a food processor. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Scrape down sides as needed.

  2. Prepare tomatoes: Dice cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Add to a bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced basil. Stir gently until glossy and fragrant.

  3. Assemble: Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly onto a shallow serving bowl or plate.

  4. Top it off: Spoon the basil tomato mixture over the center, letting it naturally spread.

  5. Finish: Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
