½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature

2 large eggs, divided

1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

2 Honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and diced small
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking pan evenly with butter.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Make the crumble topping by mixing walnuts, sugars, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly. Set aside.

Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in yogurt and vanilla until smooth.
