Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, sliced banana, cinnamon, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds in a bowl.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with chopped walnuts.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
