- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, optional
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch bite-sized cubes.
- Place the chicken cubes into a medium mixing bowl.
- Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
