Description

Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside, these air fryer jalapeño bites are high in protein, low in carbs, and packed with bold flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (220 g)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (110 g)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (48 g)
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (25 g)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line basket with parchment paper if needed.
  3. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, and almond flour.
  4. Add jalapeños, green onions, and seasonings.
  5. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  6. Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
  7. Place in air fryer basket with space between each.
  8. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Remove and cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Remove jalapeño seeds for less heat.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
