Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside, these air fryer jalapeño bites are high in protein, low in carbs, and packed with bold flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese (220 g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (110 g)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (48 g)
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (25 g)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Line basket with parchment paper if needed.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, and almond flour.
- Add jalapeños, green onions, and seasonings.
- Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
- Place in air fryer basket with space between each.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Remove jalapeño seeds for less heat.
- Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
