Description

These 4-ingredient vanilla protein bites are an easy no-bake snack made with oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Perfect for meal prep, healthy snacking, and quick energy on busy days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats and vanilla protein powder to a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined.

  2. Spoon in peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix slowly until a thick, sticky dough forms.

  3. If mixture feels dry, add 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup until pliable.

  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball.

  5. Place bites on parchment paper and chill for 20 minutes to firm up

Texture cue: The mixture should be soft but hold its shape without crumbling.
