Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites
-
2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 tablespoon chicken base
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
-
4 tablespoons butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
-
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
-
Prep the chicken. Cut chicken breasts into evenly sized 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
-
Season well. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, chicken base, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and thyme until evenly coated.
-
Sear the chicken. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Chicken should be lightly crispy on the edges
-
Make the sauce. Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant
-
Finish with flavor. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce looks glossy and lightly thickened.
-
Garnish & serve. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately
