- 2 large eggs
- Garlic powder, to taste (optional)
- Italian seasoning, to taste (optional)
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 10×15-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray or rub with a little oil.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings to a blender or food processor.
- Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan.
- Spread into a thin, even layer.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Use as a sandwich wrap, pizza crust, or garlic bread base.
Notes
- A 10×15-inch sheet pan works best for a thin wrap texture.
- Avoid adding too much salt because cottage cheese already contains sodium.
- Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
